Are we ‘future-pacing’ when we talk about Better World Leadership?

“Whenever you created the name for your podcast, you were future pacing. What a great podcast for now – Better World Leaders” Paul Dunn in BWL Episode 1.

These are essentially the opening words of the very first episode of the passion project called Better World Leaders, the flame of which I simply have not been able to extinguish.

And as I post this, 5 days before the first season goes live on 1st May, I must confess I am filled with a strange mix of emotions.

Sheer awe at the profound wisdom that I’ve felt imparted on me by the guests who have been generous enough to commit their time, energy and enthusiasm to their episodes and entrusted me with carrying their messages, insights and shared learnings into the world and I hope, to you.

And then there’s the terror. That as with anything new, it’s not ready and that I’ve not done these great leaders justice. Or that I’m not capable of delivering on the promise I’ve made – to help leaders to make the world better. But enough about me and my imposter syndrome, and on with the show!

I am immensely grateful to the guests of Season 1, and I am really looking forward to sharing with you an incredible range of experience, diversity of thought and shared connection with leading to make the world better.
