Immersive Leadership – how to make the best of your leadership

Immersion provides focus on how you lead, why you lead, and what you need as a leader to have the greatest impact and progress towards inspiration.

This week I’ll be discussing the third of the 4 I’s of our approach to leadership development – Immersion.

This I is where the greatest leadership learning occurs. This is where you go deep on vast, complex and new topics of development to provide improved capability and skills to lead now and in the future.

This is where you learn how to devote yourself to your role as a leader, being there with your team, your organisation and yourself without distraction or intrusion to fully focus on fulfilling your purpose as a leader.

This is where you become the leader who inspires, having imagined the benefits of your leadership, ignited your potential and immersed yourself in becoming the leader you want to be.
