Why focus on Better World Leaders?

Why work with leaders to help them make the world better?

And what does making the world better even mean?

Defining my answers to these questions has been integral to establishing my purpose as a leader and a nurturer of leaders.

I believe leaders make the critical difference in defining, shaping and influencing our world for better or worse. And it’s the first of those initiatives that I’m interested in.

What I intend to do is two things.

Firstly, interact with as many leaders as I can who are striving to make the world better, and learn from them.

Secondly, combine these insights with my experience and the collective wisdom of the team at 4i and help other leaders become better world leaders.
