What are the commonalities between leaders who strive to make the world better?

Continuing this week to explore the theme of leaders who are making our world better (who I refer to as Better World Leaders), today I consider what I’ve learnt so far around the shared traits and experiences which can provide insights into how we too can adopt this mode of leadership.

Firstly, they all share a strong sense of purpose.

Secondly, they all have a highly evolved values system which they use to hold themselves accountable.

So, first question for you all – what’s your defined purpose, and what is your values system, and how do they align to guide you to make the world better?
