Decide what role you want to play in making the world better, with Zoë Routh

Episode 11 of Better World Leaders

In this episode we discuss why as a leader who wants to make the world better, you have some choices to make. Primarily, you must decide how you want to show up in the world. Especially how you show up as a leader.

In Zoë’s perfect summation of the kind of leaders we need right now, there are 5 kinds of leadership archetypes that can be adopted to suit varying contexts that will both serve leaders to their benefit and allow more of the positive collective leadership we need now more than ever.

Zoë Routh is a leadership expert specialising in the people stuff. She shows leaders and teams struggling with office politics and silos how to work better together.
