Better World Leaders Season 2 halfway point – reflect and look ahead…

Welcome to the half-way point of Season 2 of Better World Leaders.
In this episode we combine a brief reflective review of the season so far with a sneak peak ahead at some of the conversations that lie ahead in the 6 episodes to come before we each the conclusion of this second series of dialogues with leaders who are striving to make the world better.
Our intention in this episode is two-fold.

Firstly, to provide any of you that are new to the podcast audience with a chance to quickly get an overview of which areas we have covered, and interpret which of these fabulous conversations might be of most interest, maximal benefit to your journey – or simply the ideal starting point to enter our community via the conversatisons with;

Zoë Routh – How to chose your leadership archetype

Michael Bungay Stanier – Why Curiosity is a vital leadership behaviour

Harvee Pene – How purpose powers profit

Dr Adam Fraser – How to sit with discomfort and guide others through it

Andrew Hayim de Vries – Pivoting from Creator to Inventor

Simon Carter – How to navigate digitalisation and engage trust as a competitive advantage

Secondly, to give you an opportunity to get ahead and engage your thoughts and intentions with those of several of the incredible guests we’ve been honoured to create conversations in the second half of this season. They include an Natural Intelligence researcher, a nurse with a charitable endeavour that’s opened her eyes to impact and passion beyond the traditional route of philanthropy, a South-African Adaptive Leadership expert and the Managing Director of a Positive-Impact Fund Management company.

I’ve greatly enjoyed all of these interactions as we’ve created them, and have learnt something about leadership that I’ve been able to apply immediately to my work both with my team and our clients at 4iLeadership. I very much look forward to sharing them all with you.

So for now, soak up the brief insights provided here, enjoy the look back at any of the conversations you’ve not engaged with as yet in this season, and keep on doing what I have no doubt in your own way you are doing, or at least beginning – leading to build a better world.
