Contribution, Connection & Discomfort – 3 emergent themes at the halfway point of Season 3

Welcome to the halfway review of the third season of Better World Leaders. Our season focus in ‘Doing Better Things – stories of transformation towards leading to create our better world’.

In the 5 fantastic, inspiring and insightful conversations we’ve co-created in this season so far, we’ve received many gifts of wisdom born from experience, research and practice.

In considering each of these conversations, 3 themes have surfaced as being consistent across all of these dialogues. These are often spoken to directly, explicitly and actively as well more subtly, but they are clear to see as providing a guiding framework around how we can both transform ourselves, as well as enable others to do the same.

These 3 themes are focusing on contributing to a greater good, connecting with yourself, your calling and others who share your values, and engaging with discomfort as a very necessary mode to nest in to navigate transformational moments.

In this episode, I the salient moments from the conversations with Brendan Lo, Ronan Mac Domhaill, Chris Andrew, Tigrilla Gardinia and Melina Lipkiewicz.
