Rebecca Christianson offers a path from surviving to thriving

This conversation is a moving and meaningful one focused on how life lessons from adversity can provide opportunities for transformation and shifts into realisation of our purpose and fullest potential.

Rebecca has endured what would be testing circumstances at the best of times, however her greatest challenge came not in isolation but in combination with other significant challenges which would throw many people into turmoil. She navigated these trials with humility, introspection and a devotion to appreciating the small things that become cascades of signals of the kind of work and way of living she is called to.

In this conversation we touch on many topics that are close to both our hearts – how to nurture the conditions for inclusion and foster diversity in teams, organisation and broader society, our the adversity we face can lead to our greatest discoveries and personal transformations and the role of leaders in embracing new ways of being that can lead to the creation of more purposeful, values-centred organisations.

Rebecca has released an article related to her Survive to Thrive approach, which you can find here – https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-shift-from-surviving-thriving-mindset-new-model-rebecca/
